Do you have a heart for helping others and do you especially enjoy and appreciate elderly adults?  If so, this entry level CAREGiver role could be just the fit for you! Home instead Senior Care is seeking candidates in the York County area for part-time CAREGiver positions.

As a Caregiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical, home care services for seniors, allowing clients to be safe and stay independent while maintaining life in the place that they love best--Home.  Home Instead Senior Care, strives to provide compassionate and reliable services.

Entry Level Caregiver 

Job Responsibilities

Caregiver duties include:

• Companionship--Helping to keep seniors clients engaged in life
• Reminding clients of medications and appointments
• Assisting with all personal care, such as; bathing, showers, getting dressed
• Light housekeeping and preparing meals
• Caring for clients with Alzheimer’s

Job Requirements
Experience is a plus but it is not necessary for this entry level role. As a Caregiver, you will receive training from your local Home Instead Senior Care office. A great attitude and a strong work ethic are the tools you’ll use to earn an interview.

Requirements for Caregiver:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
