Richards Restaurants is a family owned and operated company with 13 locations in northeastern Indiana.  We are seeking team oriented individuals to join our back of the house staff in New Haven.  If you like a challenge, work well with others and are willing to learn the Richards methods of food preparation, we'd like to meet you.  A cook's position typically starts between $9.00 and $11.00 depending on experience and availability.  We try to accomodate schedules if you are working at another job or have family responsibilities although this is not always possible due to the nature of our business.  We prefer to promote from within, so if you're interested in purusing foodservice as your career there is opportunity to grow within our organization.
