- General job duties. Types of procedures required:
Generalists: Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Phlebotomy, Urinalysis, Coag, Immunochemistry.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Olympus AU480, Vitros ECiQ, Ortho Gel, Microscan 4, CA660, Sysmex XT-2000i, Sysmex XS-1000i,
- Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Must be able to work independently as a MT/MLT in above areas
- Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
BS in Medical Technology or equivalent, Associates in MLT or equivalent, ASCP certified or eligible
