Director of Ambulatory Nursing - Full-time

Reporting to the Vice President Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nursing Director of Ambulatory Nursing is responsible for the strategic direction and operational planning, supervision of all the nursing services provided through Connecticut Children's Specialty Group. The Nursing Director seeks innovative approaches to develop goals and plans for the department in relation to hospital-wide vision and goals, and does so in partnership with the leads for each Service Line and/or Business Alignment. The Ambulatory Nursing Director is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of integrated, quality clinical care and maintaining institutional policies and procedure. The Nursing Director is responsible for continuous quality improvement, quality outcomes, and proactive financial management for the department. #LI-LB1 Master's degree required.
