Nurse Director Inpatient Behavioral Health

An opportunity is currently available for an Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing Director with a behavioral health treatment facility in Northern Massachusetts. Positioned north of the Boston Metropolitan area, this community is easily accessed through major freeways and features desirable residential neighborhoods and a traditional downtown shopping and entertainment district.

The RN Executive Director Psychiatric Services will join 35+bed Adolescent and Adult Mental Health Treatment Center that specializes in the development and implementation of a wide range of behavioral health intervention treatments. This 24-Hour care facility provides patient stabilization and crisis treatment services. Therapy services are offered to patients and family members and a variety of facility support services are available for the patient during their stay.

The Behavioral Health RN Director Inpatient Services will have executive level oversight of the inpatient facility operations. Primary responsibilities will include submission and monitoring of the annual facility budget to the CFO and clinical leadership of a team of Psychiatric RN Managers, Nurses, Councilors and Support Staff.

This patient-focused Nursing Director of Mental Health Services will be a part of a senior leadership team that emphasizes relationship-based psychiatric treatment in a caring and comforting environment. The Behavioral Health Nursing Director will also assess continuing education for facility staff and collaborate with other senior leaders to guide the future direction of the organization.
