Picker Packer

Westside of Cleveland, Ohio D istribution Warehouse seeks warehouse associates for order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

• Pay $10/hr.
• 1st Shift, 7AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday. (4 days a week, subject to vary)

Duties include:

• Complete shipments by processing orders.
• Count stock items.
• Order picking and stocking shelves.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, and equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defect.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment.

Requirements include:

• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient in use of scan gun is a plus.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions.
• Experience working in warehouse is required.

Qualifications include:

• Must be team player and have good work ethic.
• Great attendance record and a positive attitude are a must.
• Previous experience is required and  a good work history is essential.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently, stack and reach overhead.
• Fast paced, very physical position.
• Must achieve rate goals.
• Hours are 7:00AM until 5:30pm.
• Prescreening may be required.
