Home Instead Senior Care, a non-medical service provider, seeks an organized person to ensure all clients receive the level of care that they have come to expect from our company. This candidate is responsible for all aspects of scheduling in order to provide the highest quality service.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure Client service needs are fulfilled
• Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on daily basis
• Educate CAREGivers to clients’ needs
• Coordinate CAREGiver introductions
• Participate in On-Call phone rotation
Requirements:
• Must live in Fredericksburg area
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Work independently and as a part of a team
• Communicate with clients and CAREGivers in a friendly and congenial manner
• Possess valid driver's license, auto insurance, and car registration
