Service / Construction Team Member position.

Job Qualifications:

• As a Service/ Construction Team Member you will need a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience with general construction. Enthusiasm to work hard and be part of a growing successful team oriented company.
• Demonstrate excellent Customer Service Skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively verbally and written. Good organizational skills to complete daily service schedule as well as trouble shoot and rectify potential problems on location.
• Maintaining homes under warranty, company property, buildings, and model homes, Must have physical dexterity to move around the property, climb stairs, climb ladders, lift appliances, use tools, bend and kneel. Must be available to be on call for emergencies on evening, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have their own transportation and tools, a valid driver's license, as well as hands-on experience with drywall, punch-out, paint and light finish carpentry or general carpentry. Customer service / punch out experience with a home builder is preferred. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
