A local commercial construction company is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their office team. The right person for this role will have some experience within the construction industry and is comfortable with QuickBooks. This client is looking for an independent self starting individual who wants to be part of a team environment.
Duties:
- Handle the A/R functions for the company and enter them into QuickBooks
- Prepare invoices and send to clients
- Make collection calls as needed
Skills:
- Significant experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding general customer service abilities
- Proactive, self starting and looking for ways to add value in the office
- Open to learning/adding duties like HR, Payroll, social media, etc...
All candidates must be wiling to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
