About this job
On behalf of Custom Intercept Solutions, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to work as part of a team for a market research project. For this project you will be conducting surveys with customers dining at Cracker Barrel. The purpose of the survey is to collect feedback related to customers overall dining experience and satisfaction with menu items. Pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
As a Part-Time Data Collector, you will…
- Confidently approach and speak to strangers while effectively explaining the importance of the survey
- Document and navigate through an iPad
- Meticulously account for incentives given to participants
- Remain engaged and responsive with participants
Requirements
- Dedicated to hitting the survey goals outlined for the project
- You must be available to work all scheduled shifts and attend the on-site training
- You must be self-motivated to work independently and follow specific direction
- You must be tech savvy, i.e. know how to use hot spot technology and be able to navigate between apps on the iPad device

Onsite training:
- Tuesday, March 7th: 2:00 pm ET - Plymouth Meeting, PA. Mileage and travel time with be reimbursed to attend training
Hours:
- Wednesday, March 8th -7:00 am – 11:00 am
- Thursday, March 9th – 7:00 am – 11:00 am

Compensation
$15 per hour
