Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate
Proactively develops solutions to improve contract performance that fit the unique needs of the market
Serves a SME to internal local teams and external providers
Serves as market SME to campaign leaders ensuring campaigns meet local market requirements and nuances
Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
Alerts Market CEO & Executive Director to progress or obstacles
Alongside the Market CEO & Executive Director, forecasts plan performance
Lead functional or segment teams or projects
Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues/ quality technical standards
Motivates and inspires other team members

Requirements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in healthcare 
4+ years of experience in business analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Risk Adjustment, Stars, Medicare Advantage
SQL coding skill set
