We are currently seeking a Business / Systems Analyst who will have primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the IT and business stakeholders.  The Business Analyst serves as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the software development & support team.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Act as an interface / liaison among stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve business and technical needs/issues
Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from IT and business users
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external teams to deliver functional requirements/design/etc.
Suggests area for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
 

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies
2+ years of experience with Agile tools such as Ca-Agile (Rally) / Jira
2+ years of experience creating as-is and to-be workflow documentation
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing Ca-agile to ServiceNow and Ca-PPM optics interfaces
Experience with the Optum scaled agile framework reporting tools
