-Managing/Delivering multiple projects or programs simultaneously in a matrix environment within the Medicare and Retirement Segment Organization.
-Broker delivery of the critical programs that support the Medicare Segment priorities - ensuring the EPMO, Application Development Groups, Business Teams, testing organization, solution architects and operations teams are aligned on scope, schedule, quality, delivery, benefits and controls. -Providing subject matter expertise in areas including project management, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background. -Making presentations to management on Portfolio/Program updates and expected results. -Ensure programs/projects are completed on time and in scope. -May manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations.Participate in process improvement and change initiatives to advance agile and streamlined methodologiesThe Medicare and Retirement Segment Organization is an empowering place for people with the flexibility to help create change. Requirements

 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. -10 + years of experience within a large corporate environment
 
-7 + years of direct accountability as a Portfolio Manager within that environment leading multi-million dollar program portfolios.
 
-7+ years of experience in managing programs and owning end-to-end accountability for program delivery.
- Strong IT based program leadership experience/capabilities - ability to work with senior leaders.
 
- Strong Agile adoption expertise with 1 or more years of demonstrated Agile methodology Program/Project experience.
-Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Financial acumen.
 
- Budgeting experience-Proficiency with the MS Office Suite-Ability to travel approximately 10%.
-Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
-Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Assets:
 
-Medicare and/or healthcare industry experience
 
-Advanced degree and relevant certifications are a plus
-PMP Certification
