IMMEDIATE HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR GROWING COMPANY
Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound telecommunications
- Primary duty is to collect past due balances for service provided by client
- Conflict resolution and maintain high level of customer service
- Heavy data entry and Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute
- Customer service experience
- Experience with conflict resolution and excellent Communication Skills
Schedule:
1 st Shift Options: Monday-Friday 9 am-5:30pm
2 nd Shift Options: Monday-Friday 11:45 pm-8:30pm
*Part Time Shifts Available*
Compensation: $12 Per Hour first shift
$12.50 Per Hour second Shift
Once you go perm after 90 days- You can make $13-$15 with commission per hour
