Healthcare Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

An industry-leading Health Care Company located in the White Plains, NY area is looking for a Call Center Representatives to join their Provider Services team!

Job Description:

Responsible for handling mostly inbound calls from providers regarding insurance inquiries.

Essential Responsibilities:

Handle approx. 75-80 calls per day

Provide great customer service to company's health care providers

Complete clerical and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Able to field a high volume of calls

Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience

Minimum of 1 year Health Care Experience

Customer Service experience

Reliability (must be dedicated as training is intensive)
