Store Supervisor positions available in the following locations:

Monona, WI - Goodwill Donation Center and Store

Madison West (Nakoma) - Goodwill Donation Center and Store

The Store Supervisor will spend most of the day on the sales floor working along side team members ensuring that Goodwill customers have a positive shopping experience.  The Store Supervisor leads by example creating a positive team environment so that all employees have the opportunity to learn and grow in their jobs.  Other responsibilities include:

• Function as a customer service manager (CSM) to operate registers, assign tills, maintain efficient customer flow, monitor sales staff productivity, and use of proper cash controls.
• Maximize the value of all donated goods and maintain production and store environment standards.
• Coordinate the proper rotation of goods in the store to ensure a continuous flow of new merchandise.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service while monitoring and coaching employees to do the same.

Position Requirements:

• HSD/GED required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred or bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and proof of insurance required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25lbs.
