A large and growing company in the Consumer Goods industry in Lansing, MI is looking for experienced Customer Service Reps to join their growing team.
Customer Service representatives will be communicating with customers on a daily basis taking orders, reviewing orders and submitting orders for processing. Most communication is done via email, but some phone work will be done as well. Ideal candidates are professionally spoken and written, with exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Able to pass a data entry assessment
Standard work week is M-F 8-5pm
