Mechanical Engineer Intake and Exhaust - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to work with Gas Turbine Auxiliary equipment primarily intake and exhaust systems.

Main Duties and Purpose of Position:

• This position is for a mechanical engineer who will develop system design packages for gas turbine auxiliary mechanical equipment, primarily intake and exhaust systems,
• Work with outside vendors to fabricate the specified equipment and ensure that the supplied equipment package will meet code, contract and schedule requirements.
• Working with Air Intake Filters, Inlet Air Ducts, Exhaust Ducts, Expansion Joints, Enclosures and platforms.
• Prepare and review equipment specifications
• Interpret Piping and Instrumentation diagrams

Qualifications:

• Experience with specification of Gas Turbine intake and exhaust systems is preferred
• Ex[perience with Power Plant or Power Equipment is required.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working with P&ID's
• 3+ years of related engineering experience
