Staffmark, a leader in the staffing industry, is hiring an Account Executive for our Cranbury, NJ market! As an Account Executive, you will work with our dynamic operations team and will focus on selling our staffing solutions to new business opportunities in the area!
The Account Executive utilizes face to face contact and 'cold' marketing to potential prospects. Through market research, you will identify, target, and develop relationships with new customers, as well as promoting and building relationships with existing customers!

Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:
Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies
Obtain and maintain complete information on prospective customers and existing customers

Deliver sales presentations to prospects and customers
Negotiate and close deals
Maintain relationships with customers and prospects
Develop relationships with community leaders and local organizations
The ideal candidate for the Account Executive will have a high level of sales and customer service skills, as well as a four year degree. Successful candidates will have strong presentation skills, be highly motivated, and a true self-starter!

Requirements
Four year degree. Minimum of 2 years experience in staffing sales or other related industry. Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
