Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Guest Services Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Acts as welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests. Coordinates all bellman and driver activities. Assists in arranging transportation for guest.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
* Basic computer knowledge
* Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment
* A strong multi-tasker and can coordinate the efforts of and direct fellow employees with workflow needs.
* Knowledge of the Resort and knowledge of Maui preferred
