Recruiting Assistant at Rubio's - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a part-time temporary recruiting assistant to join our awesome team! If you are interested in learning more about the recruiting process or have considered a career in recruiting, this opportunity is for you.

We?re looking for an individual who:

• Wants to add to their current professional skills by learning more about recruiting.

• Is motivated and driven to learn about our brand new applicant tracking system

• Will value being a part of an amazing HR team.

• Is familiar with Rubio?s brand, and our requirement for exceptional customer service.

Wants to take a temporary role to learn skills that will grow their career

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support restaurant locations and Restaurant Support Center with recruitment efforts.

• Keep job board postings for restaurants up to date based on location needs.

• Put together job fair materials, ship materials to various locations and distribute job fair material packets to appropriate team members.

• Assist with interview scheduling.

• Administrative and other duties as needed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to learn a new HRIS/ ATS system quickly
