Care Provider - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a care provider for a 40-year-old man with cerebral palsy. It would be three days a week, but also with some flexibility if possible. The shifts would be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. This provider must be willing to work alongside with a service dog.
