As a Clinical Program Manager, you'll work alongside a high caliber team as you drive innovation and business forward. You'll roll up your sleeves as you coordinate complete projects, defining performance and results.
 
As a Clinical Program Manager, you would be responsible for the development and / or on - going management and administration of clinical programs.  You will provide implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Program development, value proposition, oversight, and day-to-day management for specialty pharmacy programs for a defined therapeutic category
Develop standard processes for implementing clinical programs and services
Provide support to Account / Sales Teams & Client Teams including presentations as the subject matter expert for a defined therapeutic category
Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
Performs complex conceptual analyses
Reviews work performed by other and provides recommendations for improvement
Report program performance against expectation and influence changes to programs to improve competitive position and optimize performance
Lead or help develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program / project charter, Statement of - Work, Business Vision Document)
Establish / apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)

Requirements


Required Qualifications:

BA / BS degree in Healthcare, Business or related field and / or equivalent education and work experience
1+ years working in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or health plan experience
1+ years’ experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data - driven analytical decisions
MS Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
