Kitchen Director - Full-time / Part-time

1. Manages all food items (McClane, produce) and warehouse items for kitchen
   1. Truck Ordering, Borrow/Loan Log, End of Month Inventory Counts
2. Oversee and plans all Operational checklists for kitchen
3. Assist HR Director by interviewing potential Back of House candidates
4. Assist Training Director with training needs and training new team members
5. Maintenance of all equipment and facilities
6. Track all waste and elimination of excessive waste of food items
7. Servsafe certification required.

1. The Taste Score is in the Top 20%
2. The Fast Service Score is in the Top 20%
3. ROE score for Product and Production: 95% or higher

1. Become certified in Safety and Security, Boards Lunch/Dinner, Breading, Maintenance of Equipment, Catering, Basic Food Prep, Advance Food Prep, Cleanliness of Restaurant.
2. Effectively express your expectations and take every opportunity to develop others
3. Attend the Leadership Team Meeting twice a month
4. Attend one hour every other week for 1-on-1 time with Operator
5. Intentionally schedule at least three hours per week for “on-time” working on the business
