- Manages all food items (McClane, produce) and warehouse items for kitchen
- Truck Ordering, Borrow/Loan Log, End of Month Inventory Counts
- Oversee and plans all Operational checklists for kitchen
- Assist HR Director by interviewing potential Back of House candidates
- Assist Training Director with training needs and training new team members
- Maintenance of all equipment and facilities
- Track all waste and elimination of excessive waste of food items
- Servsafe certification required.

- Become certified in Safety and Security, Boards Lunch/Dinner, Breading, Maintenance of Equipment, Catering, Basic Food Prep, Advance Food Prep, Cleanliness of Restaurant.
- Effectively express your expectations and take every opportunity to develop others
- Attend the Leadership Team Meeting twice a month
- Attend one hour every other week for 1-on-1 time with Operator
- Intentionally schedule at least three hours per week for “on-time” working on the business
