Project Engineer

Our client in the Central Florida area is seeking 3 Project Engineers that can perform the following:

• Oversees the various contractors needed for a project and or multiple projects, manages work schedules and coordinates design changes and or plan revisions with the project owners to insure field operations have current project plans and design to ensure a productive and timely work environment.
• He / She has a working knowledge of the scope of a project and regularly consults field operations, vendors and subcontractors.
• On a Day-to-day basis project engineer reviews project requirements, makes adjustments to the scope of the project schedule, analyzes specifications, coordinates with the production team and tracks all contract pay items to insure accurate production quantities related to cost control in support of historical cost.
• Updates the project schedule with input from Field Operations in accordance with the contract specifications. He / She compiles subcontractor's bids and estimates and distribute contract documents at the project site for input from Management.
