Registered Nurse Emergency Room (North)- PRN - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Education: Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing as evidenced by licensure in the state of Texas under the BNE or compact agreement Licenses/Certificates: License to practice in the State of Texas or Compact Licensure Agreement Current BLS certification upon hire. Current ACLS upon hire. Current TNCC or obtained within the first year on the job Current ENPC or obtained within the first year on the job Current NIHSS certification within the first year on the job. Recommended as able to obtain: CEN, ABLS, ADLS, BDLS, CDLS Experience: Previous emergency department experience preferred.
