Requirements

Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higherSpeak/Read/Writes VietnameseMust have a CA Health License or must obtain within the first 30 days of employment2+ years of member or customer service experience1+ years of claims processing experience and community developmentIntermediate level of proficiency with MS Word and ExcelMust have people management skillsPreferred Qualifications:UNET, COSMOS, FACETS or NICE claims platforms experience MS PowerPointProject management experienceCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
