The purpose of this position is to lead the full brand portfolio of the consumer segment's sales organization through a customer targeted 4 P's offering.
- Support the creation of a clear, measurable and achievable Strategic Business Plan and Annual Business Plan that is based on external market & customer strategies, and drives profitable growth and brand health
- Encourage an organization and customer base that are strategically aligned, focused and inspired to deliver brand leadership and marketplace growth
- Develop a clear, measurable and deliverable Annual Operating & Financial Plan that hits revenue, earnings, financial and brand equity targets for the consumer segment's business
- Partner in the development and execution of a compelling 4 P offering to the marketplace
- Support senior partnership in a proactive monitor and course-correct process to timely plan action
- Execute performance accelerated, focused team and Go-To-Market process that yields the best and most profitable casual apparel supported through best practices and fact based problem solving that drive significant demand in the marketplace
- Develop a team that is motivated, focused and organized, and executes on business priorities
- Guide a team defined by rich talent, smart succession and a creative culture
- Assure key relationship model is effectively embedded, practiced and applied with sales peers, across functions and customers grounded in clear objectives, accountabilities, and respect
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (18+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience encompassing retail, logistics and sales
Additional Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead the diverse aspects of retail relations
- Ability to anticipate and identify competitor and retail changes which may impact our business
- Apparel industry experience desirable
