The Cancer Center Nurse Coordinator will also have the opportunity to perform Human Resource responsibilities that include conducting performance evaluations, correct actions when necessary, and supporting patient satisfaction efforts. The Nurse Supervisor of Oncology will manage the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Center and will oversee approximately 15-30 clinical staff members that include nurses and medical assistants. This is a great opportunity for a nurse leader to step out of the inpatient setting and utilize their clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the practice. The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for leading the daily safety huddles, monitoring clinical integration, will support physician schedules, and ensure efficient patient flow through the practice.
