About this job

This position is responsible for end-to-end business process activities – creating and overseeing business processes. Leads a team of content writers creating process documentation and is also responsible for project activities and quality reporting. Positions in this function are responsible for conducting documentation needs, analysis for the business and improving business processes. Involves conducting on-going evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of documentation implementing modifications as necessary.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities:


Engage / collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs to identify business needs

Demonstrate understanding of our business (organization structures, business strategies, goals and objectives, global businesses)

Ensure obtained data and information are accurate and relevant to meet end users’ needs

Identify and communicate appropriate solutions needed to address identified business issues and needs (e.g., training, coaching, policy changes, system changes, process / procedure changes, compliance issues, documentation issues)

Communicate any identified defects with relevant stakeholders (e.g., project managers, business partners, IT) and/or facilitate appropriate adjustments

Summarize and communicate proposed solutions with the appropriate audiences in a manner tailored to their understanding, level or experience

Adhere to applicable internal and external communication standards established for the business (e.g., internal style guides, communication industry standards, company branding)

Obtain stakeholder and SME approval/sign-off of documentation materials (following review cycles) and make needed revisions based on stakeholder feedback

Publish, test, and upload files to the appropriate locations (knowledge library, SharePoint)

Provide operational instruction and guidance to business partners impacted by business process solutions (e.g., procedure; system; application)

Respond to on-going feedback from trainers, and make appropriate adjustments to documentation deliverables

Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify and improve client experience

Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership, end user) to ensure consistent use of knowledge library across functions and teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Undergraduate Degree or equivalent/related experience

3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

1+ years of supervisory experience

Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of levels within the organization including leadership

Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Intermediate to advanced skills with Word)

Technical knowledge of Content Management systems e.g., SharePoint

Exceptional communication skills and facility in working with Leadership

Project Management experience

Ability to Speak and write clearly

Act as a Team Player and Collaborate with others

Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
