The Associate Director, Marketing will work with the National Accounts Product Marketing Senior Director to ensure timely development and delivery of product marketing materials that directly impact National Accounts growth by preparing Client Development and Client Management groups to position and sell in the marketplace.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning, creating, and producing marketing materials such as case studies and other presentations as required for client management and client development to meet business and sales objectives
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Serves as a key resource on complex and / or critical issues
  • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Performs complex conceptual analyses
  • Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
  • Forecasts and plans resource requirements
  • Authorizes deviations from standards
  • May lead functional or segment teams or projects
  • Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
  • Motivates and inspires other team members
  • National Accounts product marketing provides strategic marketing support to National Accounts business segment

 


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of marketing experience with in a matrix organization
  • Experience working in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience demonstrating organization skills.
  • Managing and prioritizing several deliverables
  • Meeting or exceeding sales promotion / marketing targets
  • Influencing and collaborating with others
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Marketing experience
  • B2B Marketing experience
