Vantage Resort Realty is looking for a Marketing Intern to assist the Marketing Department with bringing visions to life. The Marketing Intern will support the department with all marketing functions for Vantage Resort Realty - contributing to all aspects of the marketing department, including but not limited to: program management, external communications, internal communications, digital marketing, analytics, project management, and public relations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project manages quarterly newsletter to clients (main project).Coordinates photos and information of resorts to create content for the web and other marketing communications.
  • Assists organization and management of marketing collateral for the Vantage brand.
  • Audits and maintains photo repository and property descriptions on the website.
  • Assists with internal communications through copy writing.
  • Researches and assists promotions for Vantage Resort Realty.
  • Assists in public relations (awards research/ applications, editorial calendar monitoring).
  • Works with members of marketing team (writers, graphic designers, web designer/developers) to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Assists with the creation of press releases about company updates and monthly charity recaps.
  • Tracks and analyzes program performance.
  • Maintains blog with routine posts.
  • Researches and updates area attractions on the website to develop content.
  • Posts regularly to social media accounts.

 

Minimal Requirements:

  • 2nd-3rd year Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Business major.
  • Prior office work experience a plus
