This position includes managing the operation of the store. Upholds and executes the vision, mission and standards of Yogurtland South Bay and assist others in doing the same. This job is 40+ hours a week and must include some night and weekend shifts. This position has the potential to grow to store manager. The pay is extremely competitive and based on experience; the right candidate will be well rewarded for a job well done. Yogurtland is a fun product with a lot of foodie fans and we need a leader to help expand our reach even further!

ABOUT THE JOB
• With assistance from an area manager, manage Yogurtland Burlingame. Be an inspiration and motivate daily excellence.
• Focus on all aspects on customer service and making sure every experience is the best possible for each customer
• Recruit, interview and hire talent into our team.
• Train, mentor and develop team members so that they can reach their career goals
• Have fun in a fast paced environment

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Cash Handling (bank deposits, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for all funds.
• Scheduling and hiring of Associates effectively and efficiently.
• Controls store operational cost (food, labor, etc.).
• Is the "role-model" for outstanding customer service and overall Associate standards.
• Ensures cleanliness, health, security and safety standards are maintained at all times, including preventative maintenance on machines.
• Maintains a cooperative and interactive relationship with the Corporate office.
• Provides coaching, discipline and mentoring to Associates as warranted.
• Other job-related activities as requested.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS)
•Minimum 3 years retail or food experience, including 1 year management experience
• Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel programs.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification (can be completed within 2 weeks of hiring)
