About this job

Operate telephone to answer, screen or forward calls, provide information and take messages

*Greet persons entering establishment cheerfully and respectfully, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations

*Maintain the cleanliness of the facility including managing the cleaning contractor and directing their work.

*Manage office supplies, requisition form and maintain the visitor log and badges

*Coordinate with building management on any compliance issue

*Open, sort and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and overnight packages

*Set up meeting and conferences as needed by the management

*Set up and maintain records ofthe electronic devices (laptops and cellphones ) for all employees

*Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook.
