Contract Auditor

PrideStaff Financial is looking to fill a position for an experienced Legal professional in the manufacturing industry. This is a NEW position and a great opportunity to work with an amazing company. This Legal Secretary will audit contracts to stay compliant with manufacturing laws. This position is part time and will average 31 hours a week.

Job Duties for Contract Auditor:
  • Review extensive contracts and make adjustments as needed
  • Audit contracts for any errors
  • Make suggestions on how to limit company risk
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements for Contract Auditor:
  • Experienced with reviewing and editing business/ commercial contracts
  • Experienced in assessing risk and liability
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experienced with contracts in the manufacturing industry preferred
Compensation for the Contract Auditor:
  • Compensation for this position is based on skillset and experience in the range of $16-20/hr.
