Full time Custodian/Cleaner - Full-time

We are a local Commercial Cleaning Company with over 26 of experience.

Position is generally Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Reliable transportation necessary.

Positions start at $12.00/hr. Health Insurance and 401(k) Plans are available.

All candidates must be professional, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and a team player who can work independently and with a group. These position provides high quality general cleaning, following a task list and organized schedule, along with some non-routine cleaning requirements. Candidate is also reponsible for quality control inspections and securing/closing buildings.

Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.Organize custodial closets and work spaces. Maintain working condition of all cleaning equipment.

Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Reliable transportation.
