Responsibilities: As a member of the NWNA Supply Chain, support and help lead the efforts of Warehouse and Dock Office teams in meeting business objectives and exceeding Customer expectations

* As a member of the NWNA Supply Chain, support and help lead the efforts of Warehouse and Dock Office teams in meeting business objectives and exceeding Customer expectations

* Maintain and update Warehouse KPI reports and productivity tracking

* Provide training for new hires and team members in SAP, Visitrak, Safety Training, Vehicle Certification, Facility Maintenance, etc.

* Troubleshoot and Diagnose database system issues in SAP, Inventory Management System (Visitrak) Identify issues related to product/batch traceability, QA holds, in-transit inventory, etc.

* Assist 3rd party warehouses with startup and ongoing system and operational issues

* Maintain stock management and inventory compliance per the Guidelines

* Maintain inventory accuracy at plant and 3rd party warehouses (100% accuracy target)

* Reprocess failed IDOCs in PWM and GLOBE systems daily for on-site and 3rd party warehouses (i.e. Sam Dunn).

* Attend and participate in Super user and IDOC resolver meetings

* Participation in and Leadership of Continuous Improvement projects

* Process donation orders

* Maintain Scrap/Repack processes within the warehouse.

* Occasionally Support all Dock Office functions related to Inventory Corrections.

* Proactively communicate within Warehouse Team and with other Departments for issue resolution and process improvement

* Develop training guides, process changes, and SOP's as needed

* Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Management Team

* Assist in Resolving exceptions to daily operations.

* Daily interaction with Warehouse Management Team, Quality and the Factory Inventory Control

Qualifications

Requirements:

* Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment.

* High completion rate of daily/weekly/monthly projects handled.

* Excellent communication and organization skill

* Strong SAP/PWM ability, Computer skills; Microsoft Office, I/M Visitrak

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Must be flexible in working hours -- overtime, weekends, vacation coverage, and off-shifts. During vacation coverage there will need to be 1 WIC onsite the hours of 0530-1730.

* Weekend and after-hours on-call support for unique Inventory Issues can be either scheduled or

rotated. If a WIC is absent due to an illness

* Work from home must be approved by a resource and/or manager.

* Demonstrated success in managing toward efficiency metrics (KPI's)

* Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement

* Ability to organize and delegate tasks effectively to peers when necessary
