ZoRoCo Packaging is a frozen food packaging company in Caldwell. The Sanitation Lead position requires you to stand and use your arms and hands to clean production equipment using chemicals, water, and elbow grease. This announcement is for full-time position working GRAVEYARD SHIFT ONLY and requires WEEKEND WORK. Graveyard shift is from 10pm to 6:30am and includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
The Sanitation Lead will direct work of others under supervisor direction. As such, the Sanitation Lead needs to be able to work independently as well as follow directions. Previous experience as a lead or supervisor is desirable.
This position requires frequent work in wet suit to perform duties. The Lead will work with other departments to ensure quality of job meets production standards. Sanitation positions are exposed to some chemicals. Supervisor of this position is off site so ability to follow directions and good communication skills are required. Previous supervisor or lead experience preferred.
