Automation Personnel Services is seeking Member Service Specialist/ Customer Service position for an electric company in the Dalton, GA. Great personality recommended, customer service skills, provide assistance with service and work orders, process new membership applications, assist member inquiries and complaints.
Experience in general office, data entry, customer service, and record keeping is a must. Associates Degree, Bilingual, or experience in utility is a PLUS. Pay is $11.00 hour. Mon-Sat 40 hours a week. Clerical and Customer service testing is required for this position. Background check and drug screen are required. Customer is nicotine free.
