For more information, please visit The Sr. Business Analysis Manager will support the T-Mobile Customer Care organization through the Metrics and Incentive Compensation program. This role will ensure that the overall front-line, customer experience and financial performance of the company are optimized through a comprehensive variable compensation performance management system. This role favors the extremely analytical. This person will need to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves with data, spreadsheets, and models. This person will thrive on the challenges inherent in dissecting complex problems, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion and delivering clear recommendations to improve results. You will need to be a self-starter, and someone who has a passion for learning. You will need the ability to extract the big picture through data modeling and analysis and formulate robust viewpoints. You need the ability to search out and dig up the information you need from disparate sources so you can meet your deadlines. This position also requires excellent presentation and communication skills as this position will be required to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Bachelors degree and 7+ years business analysis/consulting experience or Masters degree and 5+ years business analysis/consulting experience
  • Excellent communication skills with good executive level presence
  • 7+ years' experience mining data and performing analysis using a variety of packages (i.e. SQL, SAS, Business Objects, Teradata)

Education
Minimum Required
  • Bachelors Degree. Quantitative concentration (finance, engineering, economics, statistics)

Essential Functions
  • Assist team to develop business initiatives that help deliver on Care strategy
  • Develop and manage metrics methodology that aligns overall front-line performance to Care key business objectives
  • Own and drive financial profit and loss measurement and execution by the front-line and develop and maintain the necessary tools and ensure alignment to overall Care and Company financial performance
  • Perform complex analyses that help identify optimization opportunities for improvement of overall front-line performance while maximizing incentive compensation
  • Develop and conduct ongoing program performance reviews and present findings and opportunities for adjustments
  • Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner
  • Develop and manage positive client relationships in a collaborative team environment
