Phone Banker Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring for Phone Banker Representatives. Following are the responsibilities:

• Take 60-80 incoming calls each day from clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate care and commitment to our clients and take action to resolve their needs.
• Identify customer's financial objectives and offer products and services to meet these needs in a way that builds trust and confidence with our clients.
• Make outbound survey calls to current clients.

All Phone Banker activities, including breaks and lunches, are scheduled in order to appropriately manage incoming calls. Attendance and adherence to schedule is closely tracked. Phone Bankers are held accountable to achieve high quality, efficiency, and sales performance goals. Computer and technical aptitude is an absolute must.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• HS diploma or higher education earned
