Requirements

This position will enable the members of the account management, business development, and technology teams to focus on their customer engagements and growing the business by helping coordinate and book travel arrangements and preparing expense reports for the group of employees. The person hired to this team must enjoy a fast-paced, highly team driven environment. Someone with experience traveling and that seems to intuitively know efficient ways to handle many bookings, and takes a common sense approach to making travelers’ lives easier would fit nicely. Other duties will include answering phone calls, generating sales reports, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and data entry management within various tools like salesforce.com. We need a partner to enable us to be great! This position will report to the Chief Information Officer and the SVP of Business Development & Marketing. Training/Skills/Experience: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance.) • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience in utilizing Salesforce.com is preferred. • Experience booking complex travel arrangements and familiar with working with travel agencies or directly with airlines and hotels. • Must possess the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both written and orally. • Superior time management and “on top of everything” organization skills. • “Can do”, “Smile in your voice”, approach to work and excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to multi-task and work with different teams as needed. • Professional tone and voice when dealing with customers.
