Prior experience with children, fitness, and management are a must.
The Little Gym of Maple Valley is hiring a part time Assistant Director. Morning, afternoon and weekend shifts are available for the open director role. Assistant Director at The Little Gym includes:
- Sincere love of children
- Being active, having high energy and hustle are a must
- Background in leadership or prior director role is helpful
- Background in fitness preferred (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, exercise science, kinesiology, or related fitness field)
- Experience working with children as a director (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
- Relates well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Clean background check
