Inside Sales Representative

@Work Search is working with a national company to place Direct Hire Inbound Sales Agents for New York City, NY.

About the Position:

• Inside Sales Rep (Dating Specialist)
• All leads supplied (warm and hot)
• Leads from assigned corporate location
• 100-150 outbound call per day
• Sales conducted over the phone
• Office setting, team environment
• Monday – Friday
• You will be responsible for converting leads into clients.

• Have experience with emotional sales

• Have a proven track record of success
• Possess strong closing skills
• Are passionate and enthusiastic about our company and concept
• Develop rapport quickly with a variety of clientele
• Minimally 2 years of sales experience with 1 year at the same company
• ANY sales experience: Admissions, weight loss, fitness, membership sales, recruiting, dating services, telesales, etc.
• Thrives in an office environment
• High volume outbound dialer

Compensation:

• BASE PAY: Hourly wage $16.83* Annualized 35K per year

Plus

• Commissions: Earn up to 11% of total sales every two weeks
• Office hours are Monday – Friday 9-6
• Commissions Paid biweekly
• To give an idea of earning potential, Sales reps that have been with us a year make an average of $72K.

Other Information:

• Office location will be determined upon hire
• Training will be in an IJL office
• All equipment provided (phone, headset, laptop, etc.)
• All offices have a Sales Manager and reps are also supported by the corporate office, VP of Sales and CEO
• Monitored through IJL database
