Summary of the Job

The Marketing and Licensing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day marketing and sales efforts of Anchor Wall Systems (AWS) under the direction of the Director of Marketing.  This position focuses on customer service and will regularly interact with the marketing team, account management and new product implementation team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate materials and products for licensee, contractor and new product launch events.
  • Coordinate inventory, reprints, orders, fulfillment and invoicing for literature, merchandise and apparel.
  • Coordinate the details of AnchorYou and customer events for flawless execution.
  • Coordinate program approval and processing for NCMA, ICPI, ASLA, ICPI and state engineering CEU programs.
  • Manage CRM licensee database, and dealer lists for Where-to-Buy on website.
  • Process incoming leads and distribute to licensees.
  • Administer the AnchorWall software license process.
  • Back-up support for mold rental program.

 

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Prior experience (2+ years) supporting marketing and sales functions.
  • Experience managing and organizing events, meetings and tradeshows. 
  • Experience using Salesforce.com (desired).

 

Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written;
  • Strong customer service skills; strong team work skills;
  • Well-organized, with excellent follow through and an ability to work well under pressure to consistently meet deadlines;
  • Strong computer experience, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
