Our client in King of Prussia, PA is looking for a PERMANENT Maintenance Lead to join their team.
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for managing and performing general maintenance to HOA's, housing communities and condominiums.
- Candidate will oversee and provide assistance to the other maintenance technicians.
- Investigate quality of work orders performed by other maintenance technicians.
- Investigate, analyze, and repair of: minor electrical problems, entry gate systems, plumbing, minor carpentry, porter needs and other normal maintenance items.
- Prepare proposals and oversee contractor work.
- Will be required to travel to various locations and fulfill work orders within in a 70 mile radius.
Must Haves:
- Must possess skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, building repairs and general maintenance to facilities.
- Candidate must be able to work without direct supervision and be on call 24 hours for emergencies.
- Good leadership skills who's capable of building and managing a team.
