JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Mortgage Customer Service Representative is responsible for the prompt and efficient handling of Customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts.
• The Mortgage Customer Service Representative is required to address Customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure superior Customer satisfaction is achieved on every telephone call.
• They will be responsible to answer inbound calls.
• The Mortgage Customer Service Representative must have strong communication skills.
