Punch Press Set-up/Operator

This position is for a light set-up/operator. Here are the details of the position:
-setup, cycle adjust, and operate 3 different types and tonnage punch press machines that produce metal components
-work from machine specifications, part prints and instructions
-setup dies in a limited variety of models, types and tonnage punch presses
-place new coils of heavy metal rolls on machine feeder using a forklift
-operate sit-down forklift
-feed raw material into die at setup
-adjust machine stroke, feed length and die protection devices based on material and part design
-check parts to insure quality
-need to use micrometers and calipers to check parts
-will be operating 3 machines

Need to have Minster press experience or Bruderer press experience.
Minster is a 30 ton press
Bruderer is 75 ton press

Manufacture 10,000 pieces per machine per hour

Documentation with hourly checks across three machines

3rd shift, up to $23/hr
