Electrical Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

NOW HIRING: Electrical Assemblers

• Using basic hand tools (wire cutter, stripers, pliers) will prepare wires to be pulled through conduit. These units are the sub assembly used to build control panels
  * Pre-assemble electrical components per documentation
  * Read, understand and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, and assembly instructions
  * Perform Light Assembly duties (apply device IDs)
  * Verify parts match Bill of Materials
  * Perform High Voltage wiring as needed (Rockford Plant only)
  * Apply hand tools to ensure correct torque
  * Document QC and problem resolution logs
  * Assist in training measures as needed
  * Assist in other areas of manufacturing as needed
  * Maintain a safe, organized and efficient work area
  * Assist in 5S and Lean activities as required
  * Identify and assist in process improvement measures
