Utility Foreman

I am currently looking for a utility foreman in the local RTP market that is looking to grow professionally and financially. My partner is one of the largest construction companies in the local RTP market and is looking to expand by adding another utility foreman. My partner is currently working on some of the largest projects in the local market and is looking to continue to win well known projects. Individuals interested in this position should have 2 years of experience in a leadership position.

Job Description:

• Plans, coordinates and supervises all company personnel assigned to your projects
• Manage projects on heavy institutional work places
• Enforce company policies
• Perform actual hands on field duties
• Lead 3 or more individuals
• The ability to manage multiple jobs sites
• Maintain daily logs of work performed and the work location
• Document, record ad report hours worked for all individuals assigned to the project
